It looks like certain online retailers have leaked the existence of the Rockstar Games Collection, a bundle that will include Red Dead Redemption, L.A. Noire, Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition, and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City. This compilation pack will be $60, and is launching on the 360 and PS3 sometime in November.
This is one hell of a deal.
While Rockstar has not yet confirmed any of this as actual fact, the online retailers’ slip up and the above picture almost guarantees it as real. Rockstar has also not confirmed the inclusion of any of L.A. Noire or Red Dead Redemption’s DLC. It’s also strange that while Grand Theft Auto IV is absent from this bundle, it’s DLC is present.
The box art says that this is only Edition 1, so we can probably expect more of these Rockstar Games Collection releasing in the future. While I can’t speak to the quality of Midnight Club, all three of the other games included in the package are simply excellent, and if you have not played any of them before, this bundle is a steal.
