Activision presents a slide that was leaked around the web today laying out plans for Blizzard’s year.
According to this slide, Blizzard will be launching a slew of titles this year including an announcement of their unannounced MMO known as Project Titan. Bobby Kotick, head of Activision, states that Diablo 3 WILL release this year.
“Our extraordinary employees around the world are focused on making 2012 another great year for our audience and stakeholders. Blizzard Entertainment plans to have multiple highly-anticipated titles to release, including Diablo 3, and Activision Publishing expects to release a new Call of Duty game. In addition, Activision Publishing expects to continue to grow Call of Duty Elite and launch Skylanders Giants.”
Kotick also states that a new Call of Duty game is also planned for release later this year (rumored near the end of 2012). Check back later for more information regarding the new CoD!

I’m a bit nervous about D3… I hear it’s going to be a micro-transaction nightmare. I really, really, REALLY want it to be good (crosses fingers and toes).
I understand what you’re talking about. Play Hardcore mode and you cannot use real money for in-game items.
Personally, I think Real Money Auction House is brilliant. Players can earn money on the side by playing a game that we will all enjoy and you can take advantage of this too!
